How are Sedatives Administered?

• Oral - When patients need to be sedated for dental procedures, oral sedation is a method that is regularly used. It is uncomplicated, and there is never a time when needles are required at any point. You will be given a prescription for a drug that, if taken as directed around one hour before your scheduled appointment, will leave you feeling completely at ease and composed throughout the entirety of the dental session.
